The fee includes the welcome reception, the conference bag and coffee breaks.

* Accompanying persons have to be registered using the online registration form. They are entitled to attend the welcome reception and the coffee breaks. (registration and payment for the Conference Dinner required)

Cancellation regulations

Cancellations made 2 months prior to the conference start will receive 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after that date cannot be refunded.

Notification of cancellations must be sent via fax: +43 1 4277 17599 or via e-Mail to congress@univie.ac.at.
